Our founding attorney, Jacob Rosnick, has deep roots in West Virginia, having lived here his whole life. After earning his Finance Degree at West Virginia University, Jacob earned his Juris Doctor from WVU College of Law. There, he competed in several trial advocacy competitions and served in the Veterans Law Advocacy Clinic to help veterans pursue disability benefits. Upon completing his education, Jacob further developed his skills at another well-respected firm.
At his own firm, Jacob Rosnick now helps families and individuals navigate the legal system. He has a reputation for strong advocacy with an approachable style. Jacob has a strong familiarity with and understanding of local courts, West Virginia communities, and the nuances that can impact your case. From high-conflict family law disputes to serious criminal charges, every case he handles receives his full attention, meticulous preparation, and the necessary care it deserves.

Alivia Rosnick is a lifelong West Virginian and a Juris Doctor recipient dedicated to serving individuals, children, and families across West Virginia. Once she is admitted to the West Virginia bar, her practice will focus on family law, domestic-violence proceedings, abuse and neglect, juvenile matters, and criminal defense.

Lyndsay Reynolds was born and raised in Hancock County, West Virginia, and is originally from New Cumberland. She graduated from Oak Glen High School before earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from West Virginia University.
